INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Mixed Herbs (Parsley & Thyme), chopped
1 Lemon wedge
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the chopped fresh herbs with extra virgin olive oil.
Coat the salmon fillet evenly with the herb and oil mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon skin-side down and sear for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Flip the salmon and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove the salmon from the pan and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
