PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into small cubes.
Heat half the sesame oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the tofu cubes. Sauté until they turn golden and slightly crispy on all sides. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
