1/2 tsp Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley for garnish (optional)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until soft. Once tender, place them in a bowl and pulse in a food processor until they resemble rice. Let cool slightly.
Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, whole egg, egg whites, almond flour, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and nutritional yeast. Season with garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until a uniform, slightly sticky dough forms.
