INGREDIENTS
6 oz Wild-Caught Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Snap Peas
1 small Carrot
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, grated fresh ginger, and low sodium soy sauce to create the glaze.
Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking sheet. Brush the glaze generously over the top of the salmon.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced red bell pepper, snap peas, and julienned carrot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Once the salmon is done, transfer it to a serving plate and drizzle any remaining glaze over it.
Top the vegetables with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve alongside the salmon.
Enjoy your nutritious and flavorful meal!
