1 cup Cauliflower Rice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic

Salt and Pepper (to taste)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the chicken breast dry. Drizzle a little olive oil over it and season with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and tuck in the rosemary and thyme sprigs.
