INGREDIENTS
5 oz Salmon Fillet
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 wedges Fresh Lemon
2 tbsp Fresh Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Dill, Thyme)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the chopped fresh herbs. Press the herbs gently onto the top side of the salmon to create a crust.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, place the salmon herb-side down in the pan.
Cook the salmon for about 3-4 minutes until the herb crust is golden and crisp. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is just cooked through.
Transfer the salmon to a plate, squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the top, and serve immediately.
