1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
PREPARATION
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the firm tofu (cubed) and sauté until lightly crispy on the edges, about 4-5 minutes. Push tofu to one side of the skillet.
