INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups riced cauliflower (150g)
1/3 cup almond flour (32g)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25g)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp baking powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, almond flour, baking powder, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl, then add to the cauliflower mixture. Stir well until you get a firm, slightly sticky dough.
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a spatula to press the dough into a rectangular, even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the sheet become slightly cool. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into breadstick shapes.
Serve warm as a savory snack or alongside your favorite salad or soup.
