INGREDIENTS
6 oz Lean beef sirloin (170g)
1 cup chopped Broccoli (91g)
2 cloves minced Garlic (6g)
1 tbsp grated Fresh ginger (6g)
1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce (16g)
1 tsp Sesame oil (5g)
1 tbsp chopped Green onion (optional, 4g)
PREPARATION
Thinly slice the lean beef sirloin against the grain for tenderness.
In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, minced garlic, and low sodium soy sauce.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices to the pan and stir-fry until the beef is browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the broccoli to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until it is bright green and just tender.
Pour the ginger-garlic soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli, stirring well to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions if desired, and serve immediately.
