PREPARATION

Spread the basil pesto evenly over the inside of the whole wheat panini bread.
Layer the turkey breast slices on one half of the bread, followed by the fresh mozzarella and baby spinach.
Close the sandwich with the other half of the bread, pressing gently to secure the filling.
