1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
Prepare the lettuce wraps by rinsing and shredding the romaine lettuce. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate.
