Press the herb mixture onto the top side of the salmon fillet to form a crust.

Once the oil is shimmering, place the salmon fillet, herb side down, and sear for about 3-4 minutes until golden.
Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through yet remains moist.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 425°F. Toss the broccoli with the teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Plate the salmon alongside the roasted broccoli and garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
