INGREDIENTS
5 oz Beef Top Sirloin Steak
1 cup Baby Potatoes (approx. 150g)
1 tsp Butter
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Halve the baby potatoes and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, and thyme on a baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the oven for about 25 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
While the potatoes roast, season the steak with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the butter and minced garlic, allowing the garlic to infuse the butter.
Place the steak in the pan and sear for about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust the time based on your preferred doneness).
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a couple minutes to reabsorb its juices.
Slice the steak if desired and serve alongside the roasted baby potatoes.
