1 large Egg
1 large Egg White
PREPARATION
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Lightly butter the outer sides of both sourdough bread slices.
Place one slice, buttered side down, on the skillet. Evenly layer mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses over the bread.
In a separate non-stick pan, cook the whole egg and egg white as desired (either scrambled or fried) until the whites are just set and the yolk remains runny or cooked to your preference.
