INGREDIENTS
6 oz Baby Back Ribs (170g)
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Chili Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Prepare the dry rub by mixing the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Pat the baby back ribs dry with paper towels. Generously rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil or in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with another layer of foil to keep the moisture in.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat has started pulling away from the bone.
For a slightly charred finish, remove the top foil and broil the ribs on high for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
Remove from the oven, let the ribs rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
