PREPARATION
In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the vanilla extract and cinnamon to the oats, stirring well to incorporate the flavors.
While the oats are cooking, peel and slice the banana.
