1/4 cup Onion (diced, approx. 40g)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Wash the large sweet potato thoroughly. Pat dry, then pierce it with a fork several times. Place it on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until tender.
