INGREDIENTS
4 pieces Chicken Wings (approx. 200g)
1 tablespoon Honey (21g)
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (16g)
1 clove Garlic (3g)
1 teaspoon Ginger (2g)
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (0.5g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to form the glaze.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Place them in a bowl and pour half of the glaze over the wings, tossing to evenly coat.
Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for even crisping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through. In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the remaining glaze over the wings for an extra glossy finish.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
