Enjoy succulent chicken thighs roasted to crisp perfection with garlic and fresh herbs. The aroma of rosemary and thyme melds with roasted garlic for an inviting, comforting dish that's as visually appealing as it is nourishing.
INGREDIENTS
2 pieces Chicken Thigh (Bone-In, Skin-On, ~200g total)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to ensure the skin gets crispy. Rub them with olive oil.
Finely mince the garlic cloves and mix with chopped fresh rosemary and thyme. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Season the thighs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crisp and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
