1 medium Sweet Potato

Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash and prick the sweet potato with a fork. Bake it for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
While the sweet potato bakes, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the lean ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
