1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking tray and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix together the dried parsley, dried thyme, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the salmon lightly with olive oil and lemon juice, then evenly press the herb mixture onto the top of the fillet.
Toss the broccoli florets in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Arrange the broccoli around the salmon on the baking tray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and broccoli is tender with slightly crispy edges.
Remove from the oven, drizzle a little more lemon juice if desired, and serve immediately.
