INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Rolled Oats (40g)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (30g)
3 large egg whites (approx. 100g)
1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (60g)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (20g)
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (60g)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder (2.5g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and baking powder. Stir in the vanilla whey protein powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites, nonfat Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. The batter will be slightly thick.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Remove from oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
