INGREDIENTS
200 grams Catfish Fillet
1/2 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon
1 Garlic Clove
1 tablespoon Blackened Seasoning
PREPARATION
Pat the 200g catfish fillet dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine the blackened seasoning with a drizzle of olive oil. Rub this mixture evenly over the catfish fillet to form a crust.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the catfish fillet skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes until a crispy crust forms.
Flip the fillet and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish cooks, prepare the lemon garlic sauce by mixing together 1/2 cup of non-fat plain Greek yogurt, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, and 1 minced garlic clove in a small bowl. Stir well until smooth.
Once the fish is cooked through, transfer it to a serving plate and drizzle the lemon garlic sauce over the top.
Garnish with an extra squeeze of lemon if desired and serve immediately.
