1/4 cup crushed Pistachios (28g)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Gently pat the cod fillet dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the crushed pistachios on a plate. Press the top side of the cod fillet into the pistachios to form an even crust.
