1 tsp dried oregano

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cauliflower by pulsing it in a food processor until it resembles rice. Lightly steam it or microwave for a couple of minutes until softened, then let cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, almond flour, beaten eggs, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, minced garlic, chopped basil, parsley, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. If the mixture feels too wet, add a little more almond flour.
Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and form it into a rectangular shape about 1/2 inch thick. Score lightly to create breadstick shapes if desired.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
