1/4 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (61g)
1 cup Cauliflower Rice (107g)
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper.
Slice the chicken breast into medallions or bite-size pieces and add them to the yogurt mixture. Coat evenly and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
