1/4 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (60g)
1 tsp Honey (7g)
1 tbsp Chopped Almonds (8g)
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, combine the vanilla whey protein isolate and rolled oats.
In another bowl, mix the almond butter and nonfat Greek yogurt until smooth.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the almond butter and yogurt mixture until well incorporated.
Line a small square or rectangular dish with parchment paper. Press half of the mixture firmly into the dish to create the first layer.
Drizzle the honey evenly over the base layer.
Spread the remaining mixture on top of the honey-drizzled layer and then sprinkle the chopped almonds evenly over the top.
