PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Grate the cauliflower finely or pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice. Microwave the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl for about 5 minutes or steam until soft, then allow to cool slightly.
