INGREDIENTS
5 oz Salmon Fillet
8 spears Fresh Asparagus
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salmon. Sprinkle the dried mixed herbs, salt, and pepper on top.
Squeeze half of the lemon over the salmon and let it marinate for a few minutes.
Arrange the asparagus spears around the salmon on the baking sheet. Toss the asparagus with the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, a dash of salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the asparagus.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is just cooked through and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
