1 tbsp Herb Marinade
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into 1/4-inch thick slices.
In a bowl, combine the herb marinade ingredients. Toss the tofu slices in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper into strips.
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated tofu slices for about 3-4 minutes per side until grill marks appear. Remove and set aside.
