INGREDIENTS
5 oz Extra Lean Ground Pork (142g)
2 large Egg Whites (66g)
1 serving Shirataki Noodles (100g)
1 cup Baby Bok Choy (70g)
1/2 cup Sliced Red Bell Pepper (46g)
1 tsp Fresh Minced Ginger (2g)
1 clove Minced Garlic (3g)
1 tsp Red Chili Sauce (5g)
1 tsp Sesame Oil (5g)
PREPARATION
Rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water and set aside to drain.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Sauté the minced ginger and garlic in the skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the extra lean ground pork to the skillet and cook thoroughly, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
Stir in the red chili sauce and mix well to coat the pork evenly.
Add the Shirataki noodles along with the baby bok choy and red bell pepper. Toss gently to combine and cook for about 2 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Pour in the egg whites and allow them to gently scramble and set among the ingredients, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot, enjoying the succulent blend of spicy, savory, and fresh flavors.
