1 tsp Mixed Dried Herbs

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt, black pepper, and half of the mixed dried herbs.
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, remaining herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the cauliflower florets around the chicken.
