PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Pierce the sweet potato with a fork and roast it on a baking sheet for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
While the sweet potato is roasting, lightly sauté the turkey sausage in a non-stick pan until heated through and slightly browned.
