4 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (245g)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Low-Sodium Broth
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the cauliflower florets and garlic cloves (with skin on) lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
