INGREDIENTS
½ cup Almond Flour (48g)
2 Large Eggs (≈100g total)
½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (15g)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (20g)
½ tsp Baking Powder (2.5g)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract (2.5g)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut ring pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, half scoop of vanilla protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt if desired.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth and then mix in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The batter should be smooth; if too thick, add a teaspoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut ring pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Smooth the top with a spatula for even baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rings turn lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow the rings to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a rack. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
