1 Large Egg
1 tbsp Butter
3 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Clean and slice the mushrooms. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and slightly caramelized.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they become tender and start to brown, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
