1/2 medium Lemon
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter

PREPARATION
Pat the swai fillet dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Place the swai in the hot skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes per side until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
