150 grams Cauliflower Rice
2 large Eggs
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they become a rice-like texture. Measure out 150 grams of cauliflower rice.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1 minced garlic clove. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano and 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients until a consistent dough forms. If the mixture is too wet, add a little more almond flour.
Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press and shape the mixture into a rectangular form approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Cut into breadstick shapes and serve warm.
