PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Halve the pears lengthwise and remove the core. Place the pear halves on a baking dish, cut side up.
Drizzle the pear halves with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake the pears in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are tender.
While the pears are baking, combine the rolled oats and chopped almonds in a small bowl. Set aside.
