2 tablespoons Scallions
PREPARATION
Heat the sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped scallions, stirring until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Crumble the tofu into the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.
