Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the salmon dry and place it on a lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Pat this herb mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet to create a crust.
Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread it out on another baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
Once the broccoli is almost done, add the spinach to the baking sheet just to warm it slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
Plate the roasted broccoli and spinach hash alongside the herb-crusted salmon and serve immediately.
