1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes (90g)
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped Cilantro
PREPARATION
Rinse the red lentils thoroughly under cold water and set aside.
