Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and pat dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger to form the glaze.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
After searing, brush the pork generously with the honey-garlic glaze.
Place the pork in an oven-safe dish and transfer to the preheated oven. Roast for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
While the pork is roasting, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of grated ginger. Spread it out on a baking sheet.
Roast the broccoli in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy at the edges.
Once the pork is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced pork with roasted broccoli, drizzling any remaining glaze over the top.
