0.33 cup Almond Flour (approx. 30g)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Fresh Mixed Herbs (Basil & Parsley)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated and a dough forms.
Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a spatula, press the mixture into an even rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
