INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli & Bell Peppers)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F if you prefer baked salmon, or prepare a grill pan if you opt for grilling.
In a small bowl, combine honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and low-sodium soy sauce to create the glaze.
Place the salmon fillet on a lined baking tray or grill pan. Brush the glaze evenly over the top of the salmon.
Bake in the oven or grill over medium heat for about 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
While the salmon cooks, heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Once the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds over them and toss to combine.
Plate the glazed salmon alongside the sesame vegetables. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the salmon if desired, and serve immediately.
