1 cup Asparagus
1 cup Cauliflower

PREPARATION
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. Once the oil is shimmering, sear the turkey breast for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked through.
While the turkey is searing, steam the asparagus in a steamer basket over boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
