PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F for roasting garlic if not pre-roasted. Wrap a whole garlic bulb in foil and roast for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Once cooled, extract about 3 cloves worth of roasted garlic.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, almond flour, and lightly chopped fresh herbs. Stir in the roasted garlic, ensuring it is well distributed.
