3 large Egg Whites
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (30g)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut Oil
PREPARATION
In a blender, combine rolled oats, egg whites, whey protein powder, almond milk, and cinnamon. Blend until you achieve a smooth batter.
Slice half of the banana into thin rounds and reserve the other half for caramelizing later.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
