2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
