INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cauliflower, raw (107g)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (120g)
7 ounces Shrimp, cooked (198g)
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
Spices (Paprika, Cumin, Cayenne, Salt, Pepper) to taste

Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until very tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a blender along with unsweetened almond milk and nutritional yeast. Blend until smooth and creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Pat the shrimp dry and season with paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Plate a serving of the creamy cauliflower grits and top with the spiced garlic shrimp.
Garnish with an extra sprinkle of your preferred spices if desired, and serve immediately.
